RETURNING MERCHANDISE:

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. The return of single pieces is not permitted, only full bundles of the minimum order will be accepted. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send an email to info@lavaemens.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. All shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer. We will credit or refund immediately after receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.  

REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT:

Authorized returns will be refunded in full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we receive the return. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your account and will be automatically applied to your next order.
